3. Our use of data processors
We share your personal data with our data processors. A data processor is an external business partner who processes personal data on our behalf in accordance with our instructions, e.g. by providing the technical solution for our platform, analyzing the use of our platform, to send out communications or by storing (hosting) your personal data.
Our payment solution partner Adyen handles payments as a data processor. The payment details are sent directly to Adyen where it is handled and stored in a highly secure environment in compliance with regulatory standards.
Some of our partners may handle and/or store your personal data in the USA and Australia.

The data transfers outside of the EU is safeguarded by the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. If the recipient is located in the USA and is certified under the Privacy Shield such certification may form the transfer basis.
4. When do we delete your personal data?

You are welcome to contact BESTSELLER if you want information about which personal data is being processed about you and for which purposes. This is also the case if you want to rectify, restrict or delete personal data. Whenever BESTSELLER processes your personal data, by automated means based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to receive a copy of your data transferred to you or to a specific recipient.
